Är du en strukturerad och serviceinriktad administratör som trivs med kundkontakt och varierande administrativa arbetsuppgifter? Nu söker vi på Poolia en administratör för ett längre konsultuppdrag hos RISE i Karlskrona. Du blir en del av enheten för personcertifiering, där du får en viktig roll i den dagliga administrationen och kontakten med enhetens kunder. Teamet finns på flera orter i Sverige och samarbetar till stor del digitalt via Teams. Om tjänsten Som administratör arbetar du med löpande administrativa uppgifter kopplade till RISE verksamhet inom personcertifiering. En stor del av arbetet består av att registrera och hantera kunduppgifter i kundsystemet samt ha kontakt med kunder via framför allt mejl, men även telefon. Eftersom vissa kunder fortfarande använder mer traditionella kontaktvägar förekommer även hantering och utskick av fysisk post. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:

Registrering och hantering av kunduppgifter

Kundkontakt via mejl och telefon

Löpande administrativa och kontorsrelaterade arbetsuppgifter

Hantering och utskick av fysisk post

Digitalt samarbete med kollegor via Teams

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av administrativa arbetsuppgifter och som trivs i en roll där service, struktur och noggrannhet är centralt. För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du ha:

Minst två års erfarenhet av liknande administrativa arbetsuppgifter

God datorvana och mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, framför allt Word och Excel

God vana av att arbeta i Microsoft Teams

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga

Ett professionellt och serviceinriktat arbetssätt

Förmåga att strukturera, prioritera och självständigt driva ditt arbete

Det är meriterande om du även har goda kunskaper i engelska och känner dig bekväm med att kommunicera med kunder på engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt. Som person tror vi att du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och serviceorienterad. Du uppskattar kundkontakt och har lätt för att samarbeta på distans, samtidigt som du är trygg i att självständigt ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Start: 11 januari 2027

Uppdragslängd: Till och med 1 oktober 2027, med möjlighet till månadsvis förlängning i upp till sex månader

Omfattning: Heltid, 100 %

Arbetstider: Ordinarie kontorstider

Placering: Kontoret i Karlskrona minst tre dagar per vecka
