Har du gedigen erfarenhet av arbetsledning inom vägdrift, anläggning eller offentlig utemiljö och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera operativ ledning med planering, ekonomi och arbetsmiljö? Då kan det här vara ett intressant konsultuppdrag för dig. Vi söker en erfaren och självgående konsult för ett uppdrag på heltid. Rollen passar dig som är van att leda personal och verksamhet och som har god förståelse för vägdrift, vinterväghållning och anläggningsrelaterade frågor. Om uppdraget I rollen får du ett brett ansvar för arbetsledning och verksamhetsplanering. Du arbetar tillsammans med arbetsledare och bidrar både i den dagliga verksamheten och i det mer långsiktiga arbetet. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat att:

arbeta med arbetsledning och verksamhetsplanering tillsammans med arbetsledare

delta i framtagandet av strategiska dokument för systematiskt underhåll

planera egenregiverksamheten inom vinterväghållning och hantera materialbeställningar

arbeta med budget, ekonomisk uppföljning och verksamhetsplanering

leda APT

ansvara för delegerade arbetsmiljöuppgifter, bland annat riskbedömningar och systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete

administrera maskin- och fordonspark, inklusive anskaffning och avyttring

granska handlingar och ritningar inom anläggningsprojekt och bistå projektledare med underlag i granskningsskeden

arbeta med upphandling, beställningar, förfrågningsunderlag och uppföljning av leverantörsavtal.

Vi söker dig som För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du ha:

minst tre års dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbetsledning inom vägdrift eller anläggningsarbeten motsvarande offentlig utemiljö, exempelvis arbete med dagvattenfrågor

minst två års dokumenterad erfarenhet av personalansvar, inklusive medarbetarsamtal, bemanningsplanering och andra vanligt förekommande personalrelaterade arbetsuppgifter

dokumenterad erfarenhet av att driva systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete i chefs- eller arbetsledarroll

minst ett års erfarenhet av budgetarbete, ekonomiuppföljning och resultatrapportering, samt god kännedom om delårsuppföljning

erfarenhet av administration av maskin- och fordonspark, inklusive anskaffning och avyttring

erfarenhet av att granska handlingar och ritningar inom anläggningsprojekt samt av att bistå projektledare med underlag i granskningsskeden

erfarenhet av upphandling och beställning, exempelvis arbete med FFU samt uppföljning av avtal gentemot leverantörer

dokumenterad erfarenhet av beredskapsledning inom vinterväghållning.

Vem är du? Du är trygg i en arbetsledande roll och har förmågan att anpassa ditt ledarskap efter situation och verksamhetens behov. Du kan arbeta självständigt, ta ansvar och driva frågor framåt samtidigt som du samarbetar väl med arbetsledare, medarbetare och andra funktioner. En lämplig bakgrund kan exempelvis vara som platschef, arbetsledare eller egenföretagare med personalansvar. Det viktiga är att du har den praktiska erfarenhet och det ledarskap som krävs för att snabbt komma in i uppdraget och ta ansvar för både människor och verksamhet.
