Vi söker nu en eftermarknadsplanerare/koordinator till ett spännande uppdrag inom tillverkande industri. Om rollen I rollen arbetar du med att planera, koordinera och följa upp leveranser inom eftermarknaden. Ditt fokus är att säkerställa att material och reservdelar finns tillgängliga så att kundernas behov kan mötas i rätt tid. Du får en central roll med många kontaktytor och samarbetar nära bland annat inköp, produktion, lager och logistik. Tempot kan vara högt och du behöver kunna prioritera om när nya eller mer kritiska behov uppstår. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Koordinera kundbehov och order

Säkerställa tillgänglighet av material och produkter inför leverans

Följa upp materialstatus, leveranser och kritiska komponenter

Samordna aktiviteter mellan inköp, produktion, lager och logistik

Identifiera leveransrisker och driva aktiviteter för att hitta lösningar

Hantera bristsituationer och löpande omprioriteringar

Arbeta med planering och uppföljning i ERP-system och Excel

Bidra till utveckling av processer och arbetssätt inom eftermarknaden

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som trivs med att kombinera struktur, problemlösning och koordinering. Du är van vid att ha flera frågor igång samtidigt och kan behålla fokus även när prioriteringarna förändras. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av planering, materialstyrning, supply chain eller liknande arbete inom tillverkande industri

God förmåga att strukturera och prioritera ditt arbete

Erfarenhet av ERP-system samt goda kunskaper i Excel

Ett analytiskt arbetssätt och förmåga att använda data som beslutsunderlag

God kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att samarbeta med olika funktioner

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
