Vi söker en Industrisäljare för ett längre uppdrag i Stockholm. Konsulten kommer att ansvara för att utveckla och stärka affären mot industrikunder genom ett strategiskt och långsiktigt försäljningsarbete. Uppdraget kräver en kombination av stark affärsförståelse, relationsskapande förmåga och erfarenhet av komplex B2B-försäljning. Den ideala konsulten har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att framgångsrikt driva försäljningsprocesser med flera beslutsfattare och är van vid att bygga förtroendefulla relationer över tid. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med kunder inom industrin, där fokus ligger på att förstå verksamheternas behov, identifiera utvecklingsmöjligheter och skapa affärsmässiga lösningar som bidrar till ökad effektivitet, säkerhet och hållbarhet. HUVUDSAKLIGA ARBETSUPPGIFTER • Bearbeta och utveckla befintliga industrikunder i Stockholmsområdet. • Genomföra behovsanalyser och inventeringar ute hos kund. • Presentera produkter och lösningar. • Driva längre och komplexa försäljningsprocesser. • Bygga och utveckla relationer med distributörer och slutkunder. • Identifiera och kontakta nya potentiella kunder. • Genomföra gemensamma kundbesök. • Delta på mässor och kundaktiviteter. • Bearbeta leads från mässor, kollegor och interna initiativ. • Arbeta med segmentinitiativ tillsammans med försäljning och marknad. ERFARENHET Vi söker en person med ett starkt kommersiellt driv som tycker om att förstå och sätta sig in i kundens verksamhet för att kunna omvandla behov till konkreta lösningar. Konsulten bör ha ett professionellt och förtroendeingivande arbetssätt, vara van vid att arbeta mot uppsatta mål och trivas i en roll där långsiktigt relationsbyggande är en avgörande framgångsfaktor. Konsulten bör ha erfarenhet av längre säljprocesser med flera beslutsfattare. Även om rollen innebär ett stort eget ansvar och självständigt arbete är det viktigt att trivas i ett team där man delar leads, samarbetar och hjälper varandra framåt. Vi ser också att konsulten bör: • Ha några års erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning. • Ha tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning mot industrisektorn, tekniska lösningar eller liknande verksamhetsområden. • Ha erfarenhet av att arbeta i internationella organisationer och i miljöer som kännetecknas av långa och komplexa försäljningscykler. • Trivas med att arbeta självständigt och ta stort eget ansvar. • Vara strukturerad, uthållig och lösningsorienterad. • Trivas med att resa och tillbringa mycket tid ute hos kund. BAKGRUND Detta är ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag med placeringsort Stockholm. Omfattning: Heltid Start: Omgående eller så snart som möjligt Uppdragslängd: 18 månader, med goda möjligheter till förlängning Urvalsprocess: Löpande urval tillämpas, vilket innebär att uppdraget kan tillsättas och stängas innan ansökningstidens slut. Resor: Resor är en naturlig och återkommande del av rollen. Vi söker därför någon som har tjänstebil eller tillgång till egen bil.
