Vill du kombinera din erfarenhet inom inköp och supply chain med djup SAP-kompetens? Nu söker vi en erfaren Procurement Specialist / SAP S/4HANA Key User för ett långsiktigt uppdrag i Ludvika eller Västerås. Om rollen I denna nyckelroll blir du expertstöd för Supply Chain Management och ansvarar för att utveckla, förvalta och förbättra användningen av SAP S/4HANA inom inköpsorganisationen. Du kommer att arbeta nära både verksamheten och IT för att säkerställa effektiva processer, hög datakvalitet och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Rollen innebär ett stort ansvar för masterdata, användarstöd, processutveckling och koordinering av SAP-relaterade initiativ. Du får också möjlighet att driva förbättringsprojekt och bidra till utvecklingen av framtidens digitala inköpsprocesser. Arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för styrning och utveckling av inköpsrelaterad masterdata.

Fungera som SAP S/4HANA Key User inom SCM.

Ge dagligt stöd till användare kring SAP-frågor och incidenter.

Följa upp och koordinera SAP-relaterade ärenden och förbättringsåtgärder.

Utbilda och stötta verksamheten i SAP-processer och funktionalitet.

Delta i och driva förbättringsinitiativ inom bland annat:

Master Data Management

Common Stock

Demand Driven Purchasing

SAP Forecasting

Vara länken mellan verksamheten och IT.

Delta i processutveckling och implementering av nya arbetssätt.

Testa systemförändringar, dokumentera resultat och identifiera utvecklingsbehov.

Delta i tvärfunktionella projekt och samarbeta med flera olika delar av organisationen.

Vi söker dig som har Flera års erfarenhet av SAP S/4HANA.

Mycket god kunskap inom:

Material Master

Purchase Orders

Purchase Requisitions

Info Records

Kontraktshantering

Lager- och inventariehantering

Erfarenhet av inköps- och supply chain-processer.

Cirka 5–10 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet.

Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Svenska är meriterande.

Distansarbete upp till 2 dagar per vecka kan vara möjligt beroende på verksamhetens behov. Resor: Enstaka resor mellan Ludvika och Västerås förekommer.
