Vi söker nu en noggrann och kommunikativ inköpsassistent till ett spännande uppdrag där du får arbeta nära både teknik, leverantörer och interna kontaktytor. Om rollen I rollen som inköpsassistent kommer du att arbeta i gränslandet mellan inköp, hårdvara och mjukvara. Du får en varierad roll med både administrativa och tekniska inslag och blir en del av en verksamhet där kvalitet, struktur och samarbete är viktigt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Utvärdera och jämföra leverantörer

Specificera och beställa hårdvara

Följa upp NCR- och ECR-aktiviteter

Arbeta med och granska teknisk dokumentation

Säkerställa att inköp och leveranser följer interna processer, kvalitetskrav och säkerhetsstandarder

Ha löpande kontakt med leverantörer och interna funktioner

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och kommunikativ. Du trivs med många kontaktytor och har lätt för att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer. Eftersom rollen har en tydlig teknisk koppling ser vi gärna att du har ett genuint intresse för hårdvara, mjukvara och ny teknik. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet eller kunskap inom något eller några av följande områden:

Teknisk dokumentation

Hårdvarudesign, utveckling, test eller implementation

Elektronik- eller datalabb

Datorhårdvara och mjukvara

Värmehantering, mekanisk montering eller kablage

HMI-relaterade frågor

Utbildning eller praktisk erfarenhet inom hård- eller mjukvaruutveckling är meriterande.
