Vi söker nu en kundsupportmedarbetare till ett väletablerat företag i regionen. Uppdraget är ett längre konsultuppdrag med goda möjligheter för rätt person. Om rollen Som kundsupportmedarbetare blir du en central kontaktpunkt för företagets kunder och samarbetspartners. Du arbetar med att hantera inkommande ärenden via telefon, mejl och digitala system och ansvarar för att kunderna får snabb och professionell service. Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och innefattar bland annat:

Bokning och koordinering av uppdrag och tjänster

Hantering av kundfrågor och avvikelser

Registrering och administration i affärssystem

Kontakt med både kunder och interna funktioner

Uppföljning för att säkerställa en smidig kundupplevelse

Rollen passar dig som tycker om att ha många kontaktytor och som trivs när du får kombinera service, administration och problemlösning. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller annan serviceorienterad roll. Du är van att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter parallellt och har förmågan att skapa struktur även när tempot varierar. Som person är du:
