Är du serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och gillar en roll där du får kombinera kundkontakt med administration och praktiska arbetsuppgifter? Vi söker nu en kundservicemedarbetare till ett konsultuppdrag med start så snart som möjligt och som pågår till slutet av december. Här blir du en del av ett mindre team där man arbetar nära varandra, hjälps åt och tillsammans ser till att kunderna får snabb och bra service. Om rollen I rollen blir du en av de första kontakterna för företagets kunder. Du tar emot inkommande ärenden via framför allt mejl, men även telefon, och hjälper kunden vidare genom att samla in rätt information, besvara frågor eller se till att ärendet hamnar rätt. Rollen är varierad och innehåller även administrativa och praktiska arbetsuppgifter. Det kan exempelvis handla om att:

Hantera inkommande kundärenden via mejl och telefon

Vara första kontakt och samla in relevant information från kunden

Registrera och uppdatera kunduppgifter i system

Ta fram och strukturera enklare listor och underlag

Registrera order på reservdelar

Plocka, packa och förbereda mindre kundorder för leverans

Stötta kollegorna med andra enklare administrativa uppgifter vid behov

Du kommer alltså inte att sitta i telefon hela dagarna. Det är snarare en bred serviceroll där du växlar mellan kundkontakt, administration och praktiska uppgifter. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som trivs med att ta ansvar för det som ligger framför dig. Du behöver vara en person som ser vad som behöver göras, tar initiativ och ser till att saker blir klara. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi framför allt att du:

Har erfarenhet av kundkontakt eller service

Är trygg i att bemöta olika typer av kunder

Är noggrann och förstår vikten av att information blir korrekt

Har god systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system

Är lösningsorienterad och gillar att ta tag i problem

Lär dig snabbt och är bekväm med att arbeta självständigt

Trivs i ett mindre team där man hjälps åt och arbetsuppgifterna kan variera

Ansvarsområdena varierar, men teamet samarbetar kring bland annat inkommande samtal, mejl och andra löpande uppgifter.
