Är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och gillar att hålla ihop många olika delar samtidigt? Vi söker nu en projektplanerare till ett spännande uppdrag där du får en central roll i att skapa rätt förutsättningar för produktion och leverans. Om rollen Som projektplanerare ansvarar du för att planera, koordinera och följa upp aktiviteter i kundunika projekt. Du arbetar nära bland annat inköp, konstruktion, produktion och logistik för att säkerställa att material, dokumentation och andra förutsättningar finns på plats inför produktionsstart. Du blir en viktig länk mellan flera funktioner och arbetar aktivt med att identifiera risker, lösa flaskhalsar och driva projekten framåt. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Säkerställa att material och övriga förutsättningar finns på plats inför produktionsstart

Koordinera aktiviteter mellan inköp, konstruktion, produktion och logistik

Följa upp projektens status och tidplaner

Identifiera risker och flaskhalsar samt driva åtgärder

Hantera förändringar och omprioriteringar i projekten

Arbeta med planering, uppföljning och analys i ERP-system och Excel

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och drivande, men samtidigt flexibel när förutsättningarna förändras. Du trivs med många kontaktytor och är bekväm med att själv ta initiativ och driva frågor framåt. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av planering, projektkoordinering, supply chain eller liknande inom tillverkande industri

God analytisk förmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt

Erfarenhet av ERP-system och goda kunskaper i Excel

Förmåga att hantera flera parallella frågor och prioritera när förutsättningarna förändras

God kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att samarbeta med olika funktioner

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
