Vill du arbeta med kvalitetssäkring i en teknisk R&D-miljö där du får kombinera kvalitetsarbete, processutveckling och kontinuerliga förbättringar? Vi söker nu en erfaren R&D Quality Assurance Specialist till ett längre konsultuppdrag hos ett stort internationellt teknikföretag i Malmö. Här får du en central roll i att säkerställa kvalitet och efterlevnad genom hela utvecklingsprocessen, samtidigt som du bidrar till att utveckla arbetssätt, processer och kvalitetsstandarder. Om tjänsten Som R&D Quality Assurance Specialist arbetar du nära projektteam, processägare och andra intressenter inom organisationen. Du stöttar verksamheten i kvalitetsfrågor och säkerställer att utvecklingsprojekt och releaser följer definierade processer, standarder och kvalitetskrav. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära att:

Planera och driva kvalitetsaktiviteter inom utvecklingsprojekt och releaser.

Stötta projektteam i tillämpningen av Quality Management System (QMS) och etablerade kvalitetsprocesser.

Genomföra kvalitetsgranskningar och compliance assessments.

Säkerställa efterlevnad av processer, rutiner, standarder och releasekrav.

Identifiera kvalitetsbrister och rekommendera korrigerande och förebyggande åtgärder.

Dokumentera resultat och följa upp åtgärder till avslut.

Definiera, samla in och analysera kvalitetsmått och KPI:er.

Följa upp kvalitet på produkt-, projekt- och processnivå samt identifiera risker och förbättringsområden.

Ta fram kvalitetsrapporter, dashboards och underlag för ledning och andra intressenter.

Utveckla och dokumentera processer, rutiner, arbetsinstruktioner och kvalitetsriktlinjer.

Driva kontinuerliga förbättringar utifrån kvalitetsgranskningar, KPI-analyser, lessons learned och feedback från verksamheten.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av Quality Assurance och som trivs i en teknisk utvecklingsmiljö. Du är van att arbeta strukturerat med kvalitet och compliance och känner dig trygg i en roll där du både granskar, stöttar och driver förbättring. Vi ser att du har:

Minst 4 års erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring inom R&D, mjukvara, systemutveckling eller produktutveckling.

Erfarenhet av compliance assessments och kvalitetsanalys.

God förståelse för Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Erfarenhet av att definiera, analysera och kommunicera kvalitetsmått och KPI:er.

Förmåga att identifiera kvalitetsrisker, avvikelser och förbättringsområden.

Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och erfarenhet av stakeholder management.

Förmåga att coacha, påverka och utmana projektteam på ett konstruktivt sätt.

Erfarenhet av att driva förändrings- och förbättringsarbete i komplexa organisationer.

Som person är du analytisk, proaktiv och strukturerad. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med olika delar av organisationen och är bekväm med att skapa engagemang kring kvalitetsfrågor och nya arbetssätt. Om uppdraget Period: 18 januari 2027 till 17 januari 2028

Omfattning: heltid, med möjlighet till förlängning

Placering: Malmö

Arbetssätt: på plats under de första tre månaderna. Därefter finns möjlighet att diskutera upp till två dagars distansarbete per vecka.

Du kommer att vara anställd av Poolia och arbeta som konsult hos vår kund.
