Har du ett stort tekniskt intresse och erfarenhet av kvalitet, tillverkning och leverantörsarbete? Vi söker nu en Supplier Quality Engineer till ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Västerås. I rollen får du en central funktion i arbetet med kvalitet på inköpt material. Du kommer att arbeta nära såväl produktion och interna funktioner som externa leverantörer, med stort eget ansvar för att driva reklamationsärenden, följa upp avvikelser och bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar. Om rollen Som Supplier Quality Engineer kommer du bland annat att:

Skapa och hantera reklamationer på inköpt material mot leverantörer.

Ta emot ärenden från produktionen och dokumentera dessa i reklamationshanteringssystemet SAP.

Begära åtgärdsrapporter från berörda leverantörer samt följa upp att svar inkommer i tid och håller rätt kvalitet.

Initiera kontroller av material i förråd som kan vara berört av en avvikelse.

Ta ägandeskap för reklamationsärenden och säkerställa tydlig kommunikation med samtliga berörda parter.

Driva förbättringsaktiviteter kopplade till inköpt material och interna processer.

Följa leverantörers prestation och vid behov eskalera ärenden till strategisk SQE.

Koordinera och dokumentera avvikelsegodkännanden från leverantörer.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har ett högt tekniskt kunnande och en god förståelse för producerande tillverkning och dess processer. Du har minst ett par års erfarenhet från en liknande roll och/eller en relevant högskoleutbildning, exempelvis inom maskinteknik. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi även att du:

Har erfarenhet av producerande tillverkning och tillhörande processer.

Har god analytisk förmåga och ett ifrågasättande förhållningssätt där du uppmärksammar brister och oklarheter.

Har god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga och känner dig bekväm med att samarbeta med olika nivåer inom organisationen samt med leverantörer och kunder.

Har erfarenhet av metoder för rotorsaksanalys, exempelvis 8D, DMAIC eller motsvarande.

Är driven, strukturerad, resultatinriktad och samtidigt en lagspelare.

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i både tal och skrift samt har goda kunskaper i engelska.
