Vill du arbeta brett med rekrytering och kombinera operativt arbete med ett mer strategiskt och datadrivet perspektiv? Vi söker nu en Talent Acquisition Specialist för ett spännande konsultuppdrag hos en större organisation i Halmstad. Här får du möjlighet att ta ett helhetsansvar för rekryteringsprocesser och samtidigt bidra till att utveckla arbetssätt, processer och kandidatupplevelse. Om rollen Som Talent Acquisition Specialist ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen, från behovsanalys och kravprofil till genomförd rekrytering. Du arbetar nära rekryterande chefer och HR och fungerar som ett konsultativt och coachande stöd genom hela processen. Rollen passar dig som gillar att arbeta proaktivt. Beroende på vilken kompetens som söks arbetar du med såväl annonsering som aktiv search och relationsbyggande med relevanta kandidater. Du blir en del av ett erfaret Talent Acquisition-team där samarbete, utveckling och kunskapsdelning är viktiga delar av vardagen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Driva rekryteringsprocesser från behovsanalys och kravprofil till anställning

Arbeta med annonsering, search, urval och intervjuer

Genomföra kompetensbaserade intervjuer och personbedömningar

Ansvara för referenstagning och vid behov säkerhetsprövningar

Vara rådgivande och coachande mot rekryterande chefer och HR

Arbeta datadrivet med uppföljning och analys av rekryteringsprocesser

Identifiera och driva förbättringar inom processer, verktyg och arbetssätt

Bygga och utveckla kandidatnätverk för framtida kompetensbehov

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet inom rekrytering eller Talent Acquisition och känner dig trygg i att självständigt driva rekryteringsprocesser. Du är van vid att kombinera annonsering med aktiv search och tycker om att arbeta nära både kandidater och rekryterande chefer. Vi ser gärna att du har:

1–3 års erfarenhet av rekrytering och/eller Talent Acquisition

Erfarenhet av proaktiv search och gärna svårrekryterade profiler

Erfarenhet av kompetensbaserad rekrytering

Ett analytiskt och datadrivet arbetssätt

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat

Ett konsultativt och förtroendeskapande förhållningssätt

Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Relevant högskoleutbildning, exempelvis inom HR

Erfarenhet av arbetspsykologiska tester eller certifiering inom assessment är meriterande. Som person Du är nyfiken, prestigelös och driven och trivs i en miljö där du får ta eget ansvar. Du har lätt för att bygga relationer samtidigt som du vågar utmana befintliga arbetssätt och komma med nya idéer. För dig är ett professionellt, respektfullt och inkluderande bemötande en självklar del av både kandidat- och chefsdialogen.
