Description de tâches:Pizzaiolo (H/F/X) – Food Hall GANGAu cœur du centre commercial Belle Etoile à Bertrange, sur plus de 2000 m², le foodhall GANG (Générosité, Amour, Nourriture, Goût) rassemble 8 corners food & drink (rôtisserie, burgers, pizza, pasta, cuisine asiatique, breakfast, bar à bières, barista), le restaurant Grand Café, le bar et le restaurant Specto. Un lieu unique et dynamique, pensé pour offrir une expérience culinaire variée, avec une attention particulière portée à chaque client.En tant que Pizzaiolo, vous êtes responsable de la préparation de pizzas de qualité au sein de la cuisine du Food Market GANG. Passionné(e) par la cuisine italienne, vous possédez une solide expérience dans la préparation artisanale de pizza et jouez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des clients. Présent(e) sur le terrain, vous maîtrisez les techniques traditionnelles et garantissez le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.Vos missions:• Préparer le poste et les ingrédients et le matériel, assurer la mise en place et la préparation des pâtes.• Préparer, bouler et gérer la pousse de la pâte en respectant les fiches techniques, réaliser les sauces et différentes garnitures.• Garnir, cuire et dresser les pizzas en veillant à l'équilibre des saveurs, à une cuisson homogène, au respect des commandes et des délais impartis.• Assurer le réassort des ingrédients tout au long du service et collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir une efficacité optimale et synchroniser les commandes.• Participer au développement de nouvelles recettes en collaboration avec le chef cuisinier, et former/accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs.• Réceptionner les marchandises, les ranger dans les frigos, et contrôler les stocks tout en informant son responsable des commandes à passer.• Contrôler quotidiennement les DLC, veiller à la bonne rotation des produits selon la méthode FIFO, et emballer/étiqueter les préparations.• Veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements, signaler les éventuels problèmes et gérer les imprévus.Votre profil:• Être passionné(e) de cuisine italienne et posséder une solide expérience dans la préparation artisanale de pizza.• Connaître parfaitement les ingrédients et leur incidence sur la pâte.• Maîtriser les techniques d'étalage manuel, de cuisson ainsi que les matériels utilisés.• Être organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et réactif(ve), avec une excellente gestion du temps et des priorités.• Dynamique, polyvalent(e) et capable de gérer les priorités sous pression.• Bon niveau de français ; toute autre langue est un plus.Nous offrons:• Un CDI à temps plein – 40h/semaine.• Des horaires continus compris entre 7h et 22h, du lundi au samedi, avec 2 jours de repos par semaine et environ 10 dimanches travaillés par an.• Une ambiance jeune et dynamique et une véritable culture de la qualité.• Un cadre de travail agréable au sein d'un Food Market unique au Luxembourg.
