Are you ready to work with products that save lives?

We are now looking for a

PRODUCTION PLANNER

at our Savonlinna factory.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and translating demand into realistic production schedules. You will monitor production progress, capacity and material availability together with purchasing, prioritise work orders and react to deviations to ensure that customer delivery commitments are met. You will also prepare shortage and progress reports, maintain accurate ERP and MES data and parameters, and contribute to improving production flow, manufacturing efficiency and planning processes.

You will join the production planning function at Savox’s larger Finnish production site, where approximately 80 people work across a broad range of products and system deliveries. You will collaborate closely with an experienced production planner, production, purchasing and production management, as well as colleagues at the Jyväskylä site. The work is mainly carried out on site in Savonlinna, with occasional remote days possible.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a production planning professional with previous experience in production planning or supply chain management. You understand manufacturing processes and are confident using ERP and other production management systems. Savox currently uses Epicor iScala and Leanware solutions for MES and warehouse management. Experience in electronics or assembly manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential. An engineering degree or other relevant higher education is preferred, although equivalent expertise gained through practical experience is equally welcome.

You are systematic, analytical and able to manage several complex priorities at the same time. You communicate effectively with different stakeholders, stand behind your decisions and maintain focus even under schedule pressure. Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English are required, with Finnish being the main language of daily work.

What Do We Offer?

We offer a permanent role in a growing company and a versatile production environment with a broad product portfolio and complex system deliveries. You will receive support from experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to develop production planning processes and take on broader responsibilities over time. For a person relocating to Savonlinna, temporary company accommodation may be available at the beginning of the employment. Our work culture is flexible and supportive, and our team values collaboration, initiative and success through teamwork.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
