Keittiöpäälliköksi uuteen Ravintola Hook Ouluun!

Etsimme kokenutta ja motivoitunutta keittiöpäällikköä vakituiseen kokoaikaiseen työsuhteeseen, jossa pääset luomaan asiakkaillemme ensiluokkaisia ruokailuelämyksiä. Jos innostut vauhdikkaasta työympäristöstä ja langat pysyvät käsissäsi kiireessäkin, saatat olla juuri etsimämme henkilö.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu:

- Keittiön päivittäisen toiminnan johtaminen

- Keittiöhenkilöstön esihenkilötyö, työvuorosuunnittelu ja perehdyttäminen

- Operatiivinen keittiötyö

- Laadun varmistaminen konseptoidun reseptiikan mukaisesti

- Raaka-ainetilausten koordinointi, varaston ja hävikin hallinta, keittiön katteen seuranta

- Omavalvonta ja elintarvikehygienia

- Yhteistyö salin ja ravintolapäällikön kanssa

Odotamme sinulta:

- Aikaisempaa kokemusta keittiön johtamisesta tai vuoropäällikön roolista

- Kykyä toimia tehokkaasti kiireen keskellä

- Ymmärrystä keittiön tunnusluvuista ja kannattavuudesta

- Erinomaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja

- Suomen kielen taitoa
