Intern Finance & Procurement Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Retailer) Porsche Singapore is offering an internship opportunity for the position of Finance & Procurement Intern within its Finance Team. The successful intern will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations and procurement activities.

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
  • Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
  • Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation, tender process, and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Supply Chain or any other relevant studies
  • Past internship experience preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
  • Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
