Das erwartet dich

* Du leitest Einführungsprojekte bei den ausgewählten Tochterunternehmen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen betroffenen Stakeholdern.

* Dabei führst du cross-funktionale Projektteams, moderierst Workshops, triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis fachlicher und technischer Inputs und stellst die Erreichung der Projektziele sicher.

* Zudem koordinierst du die IT-Anforderungen unserer Softwarepartner, definierst gruppenweite IT-Standards, unterstützt Tochtergesellschaften bei der Umsetzung und verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung sowie fachliche Testabnahmen im Entwicklungsprozess.

* Die präzise Definition und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in einem agilen Projektumfeld gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

* Außerdem wirkst du bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse sowie bei der Erreichung der strategischen Ziele mit.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK/HTL, Uni, FH) mit Schwerpunkt IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares.

* Hohe IT- und Projektmanagement-Affinität, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld von Vorteil

* fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse einer osteuropäischen Sprache von Vorteil.

* Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil

* Reisebereitschaft bis zu 25% (Fokusmärkte CEE)

Unser Gehaltsangebot basiert auf Marktgehältern, Qualifikation und Erfahrung und kann bei dieser Position über dem Mindestgehalt von € 50.000,- brutto/Jahr liegen.
