Das erwartet dich

* Systeme mit Zukunft: Du entwickelst unsere Risikosysteme fachlich weiter und steuerst die Umsetzung mit internen und externen IT-Partnern.

* Business Analytics & Insights: Du verantwortest Datenbanken und Datenflüsse, analysierst Datenbestände und leitest fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für Risiko- und Managementent-scheidungen ab.

* Brücke zwischen Fachbereich und IT: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen und steuerst bereichsübergreifende Projekte von der Anforderungsanalyse über Test und Abnahme bis zur Produktivsetzung.

* Innovation durch KI: Du identifizierst Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Künstliche Intelligenz und treibst die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen voran.

* International und ganzheitlich: Du arbeitest mit unseren Tochtergesellschaften und allen Risi-kobereichen zusammen und erhältst Einblick in die Gesamtbanksteuerung.

Das bringst du mit

* Starke Basis: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bank- oder Risikoumfeld.

* Technologieaffin: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit SQL, Datenbanken, KI-Tools sowie BI-Lösungen ist von Vorteil.

* Analytisches Mindset: Du analysierst komplexe Zusammenhänge, entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern erfolgreich um.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Du bewegst Dich sicher zwischen Fachbereichen, Management und IT und findest für unterschiedliche Stakeholder die passende Sprache.

Unser Gehaltsangebot basiert auf Marktgehältern, Qualifikation und Erfahrung und kann bei dieser Position über dem Mindestgehalt von € 50.000,- brutto/Jahr liegen.
