Über 1.000 Mitarbeiter mit Drive beschäftigen sich in der Porsche Bank Gruppe mit Finanzierung, Versicherung, Wartung, Flottenmanagement, Rent a Car und sonstigen Bankdienstleistungen. Die Porsche Bank ist Österreichs größter Kfz-Finanzdienstleister und in 15 Ländern in Europa und Südamerika tätig.

Aufgrund unseres enormen Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mit Standort Salzburg ab sofort 1 Revisor/in Porsche Bank AG Salzburg Vollzeit Homeoffice: Bis zu 40%

Das erwartet dich

* In dieser Rolle führst du gemeinsam mit einem motivierten internationalen Team der Porsche Bank Gruppe interne Audits nach internationalen Standards und internen Richtlinien durch.

* Dabei prüfst und bewertest du die Wirksamkeit und Angemessenheit interner Prozesse, Kontrollsysteme, Risikomanagementprozesse und Governance-Strukturen.

* Eine klare Kommunikation sowie die regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den geprüften Bereichen und dem Management gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

* Zudem erstellst du aussagekräftige Prüfungsberichte mit nachvollziehbaren Feststellungen und Empfehlungen.

* Auch die Überwachung der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Maßnahmenverfolgungsprozesses liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

* Darüber hinaus identifizierst du kontinuierlich Verbesserungspotenziale und Best Practices für die Interne Revision.

Das bringst du mit

* Eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder rechtliche Ausbildung (z. B. Studium in Wirtschaft, Recht, Finanzen oder verwandten Disziplinen) bringst du bereits mit.

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Revision oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei ist von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung.

* Zudem verfügst du über Kenntnisse in einer bankspezifischen Disziplin - etwa Compliance, Geldwäsche, Risikomanagement, Finanzen/Accounting/Controlling - und möchtest dein Know-how einbringen sowie dich in weiteren Fachgebieten weiterentwickeln.

* Sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus.

* Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken.

* fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.

* Gelegentliche Dienstreisen empfindest du als willkommene Abwechslung.

Unser Gehaltsangebot basiert auf Marktgehältern, Qualifikation und Erfahrung und kann bei dieser Position über dem Mindestgehalt von € 50.000,- brutto/Jahr liegen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Revisor/in beträgt 50.000,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
