Je vertegenwoordigt het imago en het gezicht van het Porsche Centre en je speelt een essentiële rol in de tevredenheid en loyaliteit van onze klanten. Je creëert een warme sfeer en een ongeëvenaarde ervaring voor onze klanten.

Als Host ben jij de persoon bij wie de Porsche experience start en heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

• Een warm en professioneel onthaal voorzien aan eenieder die de concessie bezoekt • De reden van het bezoek achterhalen om zo de klant naar de juiste persoon of dienst te begeleiden • Een harmonieuze interactie garanderen tussen klanten, verkoop en after-sales diensten • Voorzien dat de klant alles heeft om comfortabel de wachttijd te doorlopen (drank, Wifi, werkplaats enz.) • Persoonlijke opvolging op zich nemen en anticiperen op de behoeften van de bezoeker • Een ware ambassadeur zijn van het merk Porsche • Coördineren en plannen van proefritten • Klanttevredenheid opvolgen via “Happy calls” en de enquêtes • De lokale en (inter)nationale evenementen kennen en deze actief promoten • De klantendatabase in het CRM-systeem actueel houden • De onthaalruimte en Lifestyle Shop onderhouden

Als Host rapporteer je aan de Hospitality Manager.

Uw profiel:

· Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) in het Frans en Nederlands, en een stevige basis in het Engels.

· Je haalt voldoening uit het werken in een klantgerichte functie en hebt bij voorkeur in eerdere functies bewezen dat je een uitstekende klantervaring kunt bieden.

· Je bent zelfverzekerd genoeg om dagelijks nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en snel een band op te bouwen, zodat je een geweldige eerste indruk maakt.

· Het vermogen om klantentevredenheid te verhogen en een uitzonderlijke klantenervaring te creëren.
