Mitarbeiter Fuhrparkmanagement 100% (m/w/d) ===========================================

Aufgaben:

  • Operative Verwaltung und Disposition des Fuhrparks (Demo\-, Presse\-, Event\-, Leasing\- und Dienstfahrzeuge) inkl. Sicherstellung der effizienten Fahrzeugverwendung und \-wechsel
  • Koordination aller relevanten Fuhrparkprozesse (Logistik, Zulassung, Versicherung, Instandhaltung, Reifenwechsel, Schadens\- und Reparaturmanagement) in Verbindung mit der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Mitwirkung bei der Fuhrparkplanung und \-konfiguration in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen sowie Abwicklung des Remarketingprozesses des Fuhrparks
  • Erstellung regelmässiger Fuhrparkreports und fortlaufende Optimierung der Fuhrparkprozesse
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und des Betriebs eines neuen Fuhrparkmanagement\-Tools

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder automobiltechnische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Administration
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten
  • Kenntnisse Automobiltechnik, Kenntnisse der Porsche Fahrzeuge vorteilhaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B erforderlich
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Fuhrpark von Vorteil
