Assistente de Suporte de Qualidade

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Assistente de Suporte de Qualidade, contribuindo para a qualidade dos atendimentos, validação de funcionalidades e melhoria contínua dos processos relacionados aos produtos de Teleconsulta e Telediagnóstico.

🔎 Requisitos e conhecimentos

  • Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de indicadores de SLA e filas de atendimento;
  • Conhecimento em processos de suporte técnico estruturados em níveis N1, N2 e N3;
  • Capacidade de realizar diagnóstico, investigação e qualificação técnica de chamados;
  • Conhecimento em análise de incidentes e identificação de causa raiz;
  • Experiência com testes funcionais, validação de sistemas e homologação de funcionalidades;
  • Capacidade de criar cenários, roteiros e protocolos de testes;
  • Experiência com documentação de processos e elaboração de materiais técnicos e de treinamento;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de chamados e acompanhamento de demandas;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias e práticas de desenvolvimento ágil, incluindo participação em dailies e reviews;
  • Desejável experiência com produtos SaaS, sistemas de atendimento, Telemedicina, Teleconsulta ou Telediagnóstico;
  • Desejável conhecimento de integrações entre sistemas, APIs e conceitos básicos de infraestrutura e aplicações web;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em unidades de projetos no estado de São Paulo;
  • CNH válida e veículo próprio, devido à necessidade de deslocamento entre unidades dos projetos.

💼 Responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar indicadores de SLA e monitorar a fila de chamados relacionados aos produtos de Teleconsulta e Telediagnóstico;
  • Realizar a qualificação técnica dos chamados encaminhados aos níveis N2 e N3, garantindo o registro das informações e evidências necessárias;
  • Avaliar chamados direcionados ao N2, identificando situações que possam retornar ao N1 para realização de procedimentos, testes ou validações;
  • Validar chamados encaminhados ao N3 antes do envolvimento da equipe de Desenvolvimento (P&D);
  • Atuar como elo entre as equipes de Suporte, P&D e demais áreas, facilitando a comunicação e o andamento das demandas;
  • Participar de dailies, reviews e demais reuniões relacionadas aos produtos;
  • Tornar-se referência funcional dos produtos, apoiando as equipes internas na resolução de dúvidas e problemas;
  • Executar testes funcionais e validações de novas funcionalidades, correções e melhorias;
  • Criar e manter cenários, roteiros e protocolos de testes;
  • Estruturar procedimentos de testes para execução pelas equipes de Suporte, incluindo a operação noturna;
  • Consolidar resultados dos testes realizados pelas equipes, identificando falhas e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Elaborar relatórios, materiais de treinamento, apresentações e comunicados sobre novas funcionalidades e atualizações;
  • Apoiar a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento, testes, validação e comunicação entre as áreas;
  • Atuar presencialmente nas unidades dos projetos em São Paulo durante períodos de implantação, estabilização ou necessidade operacional;
  • Quando não houver necessidade de atuação nas unidades, realizar trabalho presencial na sede uma vez por semana;
  • Ampliar gradativamente sua atuação para outras soluções da companhia, conforme a evolução da operação e as necessidades do negócio.
