Principais responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos de dados, integrações e inovação, garantindo alinhamento ao planejamento estratégico e foco na geração de valor.
  • Definir, acompanhar e priorizar o roadmap de produtos e iniciativas junto às squads multidisciplinares.
  • Gerenciar e priorizar o backlog de produto, traduzindo necessidades de negócio e dos usuários em requisitos claros, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite.
  • Estabelecer e acompanhar a governança dos projetos, assegurando controle de escopo, prazos, custos, qualidade e entregas.
  • Definir, monitorar e analisar OKRs, KPIs e métricas de produto, promovendo visibilidade executiva e tomada de decisão orientada a dados.
  • Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento e negociação com stakeholders internos e externos, incluindo gestores, clientes, parceiros tecnológicos, operadoras e órgãos públicos.
  • Liderar o mapeamento, a padronização e a melhoria contínua de processos, workflows e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Aplicar metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban, em parceria com as equipes de produto, tecnologia e dados.
  • Gerenciar riscos, mudanças, dependências e impedimentos, antecipando impactos e propondo planos de mitigação.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de discovery, validação de hipóteses, testes de usabilidade e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Atuar na definição e no acompanhamento de integrações entre sistemas, considerando requisitos funcionais, técnicos, regulatórios e de interoperabilidade em saúde.
  • Elaborar business cases, análises de viabilidade, estimativas de ROI e relatórios executivos para apoiar decisões estratégicas.
  • Documentar processos, decisões, planos de ação e status reports dos projetos em andamento.

Requisitos técnicos e conhecimentos necessários

Gestão de produtos e projetos

  • Conhecimento em gestão de produtos digitais, projetos tecnológicos e portfólio de iniciativas.
  • Experiência com discovery de produto, entrevistas, testes de usabilidade, Jobs to Be Done e mapeamento de oportunidades.
  • Domínio de técnicas de priorização, como RICE, Kano, MoSCoW e custo do atraso.
  • Capacidade de elaborar PRDs, histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e documentação funcional.
  • Experiência com roadmap orientado a resultados, gestão de backlog e definição de OKRs.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum e Kanban.

Dados, analytics e métricas

  • Conhecimento intermediário de SQL para consultas e análises de bases de dados.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de analytics e BI, como Amplitude, Superset e Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Conhecimento de métricas de produto, como conversão, funil, retenção, coortes e North Star Metric.
  • Conhecimento de testes A/B e fundamentos estatísticos, incluindo significância estatística e tamanho de amostra.
  • Capacidade de interpretar indicadores assistenciais, como absenteísmo, tempo de espera, resolutividade, taxa de encaminhamento e adesão ao tratamento.

Interoperabilidade e padrões de saúde

  • Conhecimento de HL7 FHIR, incluindo recursos, perfis e APIs REST, além de noções de HL7 v2.
  • Familiaridade com a Rede Nacional de Dados em Saúde (RNDS) e modelos de informação para integração via FHIR.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas e bases do ecossistema de saúde brasileiro, como e-SUS APS, PEC, SISAB e CNES.
  • Familiaridade com o padrão TISS da ANS e processos de guias, autorizações e faturamento com operadoras.
  • Conhecimento de terminologias e classificações em saúde, como CID-10/CID-11, CIAP-2, TUSS, SIGTAP, LOINC e SNOMED CT.
  • Noções de DICOM e PACS, especialmente para produtos relacionados a exames de imagem.

Tecnologia, arquitetura e segurança

  • Conhecimento de APIs REST, webhooks e capacidade de interpretar documentação técnica.
  • Familiaridade com autenticação e gestão de identidade, incluindo OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), gov.br, Keycloak e Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Conhecimento de princípios de segurança da informação, controle de acesso por perfil, trilhas de auditoria e boas práticas de proteção de dados.
  • Familiaridade com conceitos de infraestrutura em nuvem, escalabilidade, disponibilidade, SLA e SLO.
  • Conhecimento de canais digitais e mensageria, como WhatsApp Business API, SMS e notificações push, considerando custos, integrações e regras de consentimento e opt-in.
