Portalp est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, la pose et la maintenance de portes automatiques piétonnes depuis 60 ans maintenant.

  • Nature du contrat : Alternance de 12 ou 24 mois
  • Nos plus : Mutuelle, CSE, Carte tickets restaurant 9,50 € par jour travaillé (60% part employeur), Prime CP
  • Process de recrutement court : échange visio RH + rencontre avec nos opérationnels en agence Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et enthousiaste pour développer les portefeuilles de contrats de maintenance sur la région. Notre cherchons à renforcer notre équipe, en recrutant un(e) alternant(e) - chargé(e) clientèle SAV Nous vous ouvrons notre porte. Vos missions seront les suivantes : - Vendre par téléphone les contrats de maintenance en fonction des besoins des clients, - Etablir, gérer et envoyer les propositions commerciales, - Suivre et relancer les clients, - Enregistrer la démarche commerciale dans l’ERP ainsi que les contrats de maintenance, - Veiller à l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs, qualitatifs en respectant la politique tarifaire de la société. Votre sens relationnel sera un atout majeur pour ce poste.

Vous cherchez une entreprise dans le cadre d’une formation en alternance en Bac+2 /+ 3 en relation clients ou commerce.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon sens relationnel et votre capacité de conviction. Doté(e) d’aisance orale au téléphone, vous appréciez la relation clients.
