Portalp est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, la pose et la maintenance de portes automatiques piétonnes depuis 60 ans maintenant.

  • Nature du contrat : CDI
  • Salaire de base : De 2 100€ à 2 300 € brut/mois - en fonction du profil et des expériences
  • Nos plus : Mutuelle, CSE, Prime transport, Carte tickets restaurant 9,50€ par jour travaillé (60% part employeur), Prime CP, Prime ancienneté, Journée d’anniversaire offerte (au bout de 2 ans d’ancienneté).
  • Process de recrutement court : échange téléphonique RH / Visio avec Alexandra + rencontre avec nos opérationnels en agence

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, réactive et rigoureuse pour venir en soutien à l’activité de la région.

En tant qu’assistant(e) SAV, vous serez intégré(e) sur l’agence de Domont (95).

Nous vous ouvrons notre porte. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Prendre part au suivi des rapports d’interventions et devis,
  • Créer les missions d’intervention
  • Réaliser la facturation des dossiers SAV et en suivre le bon règlement,
  • Relancer les échus,
  • Vérifier la conformité des dossiers clients,
  • Assurer le suivi des périodes de garantie.

Vous êtes en appui des Responsables Secteur pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du service maintenance.

Nous croyons en vous : savoir-être et compétences

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation en gestion administrative et/ou gestion commerciale, vous avez une première expérience dans l’assistanat technique idéalement dans le domaine du bâtiment ou domaine industriel.

Vous avez déjà réalisé des missions de facturation et relances de règlement. Vous avez des notions en comptabilité.

Vous maitrisez le pack office, notamment Word et Excel.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bon sens relationnel et votre aisance orale au téléphone. Vous savez gérer le stress des clients et assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers.
