The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Ferroviaire, nous recherchons un(e) Conducteur(trice) de Travaux pour piloter la bonne réalisation des chantiers qui lui seront confiés.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance et Travaux, vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement des travaux, depuis leur préparation jusqu’à leur mise en service, dans le respect des exigences techniques, financières, contractuelles et surtout de sécurité.

Vous intervenez sur des opérations d’envergure, en France comme à l’étranger, notamment dans les domaines des façades de quai, projets équipements de station de métro, ….

Vos principales responsabilités

Préparation et pilotage des chantiers

  • Analyser les données techniques et contractuelles des chantiers qui vous sont confiés ;
  • Réaliser les visites et relevés nécessaires à la préparation des travaux ;
  • Participer aux réunions techniques préalables et assurer l’interface avec les différents intervenants ;
  • Définir les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des travaux ;
  • Organiser et suivre les approvisionnements ainsi que les mises en fabrication ;
  • Préparer et rédiger les documents nécessaires au bon déroulement des chantiers.

Suivi des travaux et sécurité

  • Piloter et surveiller l’exécution des travaux jusqu’à leur achèvement ;
  • Suivre l’avancement des chantiers et veiller au respect des délais et des engagements ;
  • Identifier les éventuels aléas techniques ou organisationnels et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires ;
  • Être le garant du respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers placés sous votre responsabilité ;
  • Assurer la mise en service des installations et la bonne finalisation des travaux.

Gestion financière et administrative

  • Établir les devis et chiffrer les travaux supplémentaires, en accord avec votre responsable ;
  • Assurer la facturation des affaires terminées et des situations d’avancement ;
  • Mettre à jour les prévisionnels dans le carnet de facturation ;
  • Participer au suivi des recouvrements et de la balance client ;
  • Assurer la gestion, l’enregistrement et le suivi des retenues de garantie.

Nb : Le poste requiert des déplacements et du travail de nuit à certaines périodes.

De formation technique - bac+3 / Bac +4 - dans le domaine du BTP, du génie civil ou de l’électrotechnique, vous disposez d’une expérience en conduite de travaux, idéalement 3 ans acquise sur des projets techniques contraints normativement.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre :

  • Rigueur et votre sens de l’organisation ;
  • Capacité à piloter plusieurs sujets et interlocuteurs simultanément ;
  • Maîtrise du suivi technique et opérationnel de chantiers ;
  • Sens des responsabilités, notamment en matière de sécurité ;
  • Capacité à anticiper les difficultés et à trouver des solutions ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs : clients, sous-traitants, équipes travaux, fournisseurs et services internes.
