Portalp est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, la pose et la maintenance de portes automatiques piétonnes depuis 60 ans maintenant.

o Nature du contrat : CDD de 1 an – possibilité de prolongation

o Salaire : De 40 à 44 K€ brut annuel - en fonction du profil et des expériences

o Nos plus : Mutuelle, CSE, Prime transport, Carte tickets restaurant 9,50€ par jour travaillé (60% part employeur), Prime CP.

o Process de recrutement court : échange RH visio avec Catherine + rencontre avec nos opérationnels en agence

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, basé(e) à Wavrin, vous intervenez sur le périmètre comptable de plusieurs sociétés ainsi que sur la TVA de Portalp France.

En tant que Responsable comptable adjoint(e), vous jouez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité des comptes, l’accompagnement technique de l’équipe et le suivi financier des sociétés.

Nous vous ouvrons notre porte. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la fiabilité des comptes,
  • Etablir les documents comptables, financiers et fiscaux de Portalp France et des sociétés sœurs,
  • Participer à la consolidation des comptes,
  • Accompagner le contrôle de gestion dans ses missions et la préparation des résultats,
  • Élaborer des reportings fiables et présenter les situations comptables à la Direction,
  • Contribuer à la gestion de la trésorerie,
  • Assurer le suivi de la TVA et des taxes,
  • Accompagner l’équipe comptable sur le site de Wavrin.

Nous croyons en vous : savoir-être et compétences

Vous possédez de l’expérience en comptabilité, idéalement acquise en cabinet comptable. Vous souhaitez aujourd’hui évoluer en entreprise et mettre votre expertise au service d’un environnement multi-sociétés.

Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux de la comptabilité générale, les travaux de clôture et les déclarations de TVA. Autonome techniquement, vous êtes capable de prendre du recul sur les comptes, d’identifier les points nécessitant une attention particulière et d’apporter des réponses aux problématiques comptables rencontrées par l’équipe.

Votre curiosité, votre capacité d’adaptation et votre aisance à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers simultanément sont de véritables atouts. Vous appréciez également le partage de connaissances et savez adopter une posture de référent(e) technique auprès de vos interlocuteurs.

À l’aise avec les outils informatiques, vous êtes capable de vous adapter à différents logiciels comptables.
