Portalp est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, la pose et la maintenance de portes automatiques piétonnes depuis 60 ans maintenant.

  • Nature du contrat : CDI
  • Salaire : Fixe entre 36 K€ et 40 K€ brut annuel + variable déplafonné - En fonction du profil et des expériences
  • Nos plus : Mutuelle, CSE, Véhicule de fonction (5 portes), Carte tickets restaurant 9,50 € par jour travaillé (60% part employeur), Prime CP, Prime ancienneté, Journée d’anniversaire offerte (au bout de 2 ans d’ancienneté).
  • Process de recrutement court : échange téléphonique RH avec Andréa + rencontre avec nos opérationnels en agence

Nous recherchons un profil appréciant le terrain, ayant le sens de l’écoute et étant force de proposition pour réaliser les projets des clients professionnels sur le secteur géographique qui vous sera confié.

Rattaché(e) à l’agence de Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, en tant que technico-commercial(e), vous occupez un rôle essentiel en tant qu'interface, en garantissant une relation fluide entre vos clients et les différents services de l'entreprise. Vous développez et fidélisez votre portefeuille clients.

Nous vous ouvrons notre porte. Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier les besoins clients et prospects, et apporter la solution technique la plus adaptée,
  • Détecter les nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des décisionnaires et mettre en œuvre des actions commerciales ciblées en fonction de la typologie tes clients,
  • Maintenir un suivi et contact régulier en négociant les conditions et en défendant vos parts de marché,
  • Réaliser les études, la rédaction et le suivi des devis,
  • Assurer le reporting de ton activité auprès de votre responsable, avec qui vous travaillez en étroite collaboration.

Votre sens relationnel sera un atout majeur pour fidéliser les clients et atteindre vos objectifs.

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique et/ou commerciale, vous avez une expérience dans la vente d’automatisme de fermetures du bâtiment ou vente de menuiserie qui vous permet de connaître les acteurs de ce secteur et les démarches appropriées.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences techniques alliées à vos compétences commerciales qui vous apportent aujourd'hui reconnaissance et savoir-faire.

Votre sens du résultat, vos qualités relationnelles et votre engagement vous permettront de vous épanouir pleinement dans ce beau challenge.
