Entreprise créée en 2005, MG FERMETURES est spécialisée dans le monde de la fermeture. Répondant aussi bien aux besoins des particuliers : portails et clôtures, portes de garages et Pergolas qu'aux professionnels : portes sectionnelles, portes rapides, équipements de quais, rideaux de magasins..

Nos équipes de 6 compagnons mettent leur expérience et leur savoir-faire à votre service pour la réalisation de vos projets.

o Nature du contrat : CDI

o Salaire : salaire mensuel brut fixe SMIC au minima + variable 2% du CA (le variable pourrait aller jusqu'à 40K€ annuel brut selon atteinte des objectifs)

Poste : Nous recherchons un profil appréciant le terrain, ayant le sens de l'écoute et étant force de proposition pour réaliser les projets des clients professionnels : charpentiers, architectes, maitres d'œuvres.

Rattaché(e) soit à notre agence d’Anneyron (26), en tant que technico-commercial(e), vous tenez un rôle essentiel en tant qu'interface, en garantissant une relation fluide entre les clients et la direction de l'entreprise. Vous prospectez et développez votre portefeuille.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Construire votre portefeuille en assurant une présence terrain forte,

- Identifier les besoins clients et prospects, et apporter la solution technique la plus adaptée,

- Détecter les nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès des décisionnaires et mettre en œuvre des actions commerciales ciblées en fonction de la typologie tes clients,

- Maintenir un suivi et contact régulier en négociant les conditions et en défendant vos parts de marché,

- Réaliser les études, la rédaction et le suivi des devis.

Profil :

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique et/ou commerciale, vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la vente de portes sectionnelles, rideaux métalliques ou automatismes de fermetures de bâtiment qui vous permet de connaître les acteurs de ce secteur et les démarches appropriées.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences techniques alliées à vos compétences commerciales qui t'apportent aujourd'hui reconnaissance et savoir-faire.

Votre sens du résultat, vos qualités relationnelles et votre engagement vous permettront de vous épanouir pleinement dans ce beau challenge.
