Utilizamos dados para orientar decisões e estratégias (data-driven), permitindo maior precisão, eficiência e alinhamento com as reais necessidades do negócio, além de identificar oportunidades de crescimento para a companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições O Especialista Atuarial será o ponto focal para liderança e desenvolvimento de projetos complexos, atuando como um parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio (Corporativo/Holding). O desafio envolve transformar dados técnicos em soluções que garantam o crescimento sustentável e a rentabilidade dos portfólios da Porto.Gestão de safras e análise de tendências: Realizar o acompanhamento técnico e consultivo sob a ótica de Safras Atuarial, conduzindo discussões executivas e antecipando risco e tendências de mercado;Inteligência atuarial e financeira: Liderar a produção de análises econômico-financeiras, testes de cenários, orçamento e forecast, garantindo que os resultados estejam aderentes à estratégia da companhia;Inteligência analítica e diagnóstico de portfólio: Desenvolver modelos de performance de carteira e clusters, gerando insumos para a otimização do negócio;Liderança estratégica e consultiva: Atuar como parceiro das áreas de negócio e clientes internos, compreendendo suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções que equilibrem resultado e crescimento, assim como risco e rentabilidade;Modelagem preditiva e teses atuariais: Construir modelos preditivos e estocásticos, além de teses atuariais que sustentem decisões baseadas em dados;Desenvolvimento e crescimento das pessoas: Atuar na gestão técnica e mentoria da equipe promovendo a formação e desenvolvimento de talentos, contribuindo ativamente para um ambiente de aprendizado contínuo ao compartilhar experiências e melhores práticas, mentorar colegas e atuar como referência técnica.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência consolidada no mercado de seguros;Conhecimento em finanças corporativas e precificação;Visão de negócio data-driven;Defesa técnica, visão sistêmica e senso crítico;Alta governança em processos e organização;Arquitetura de dashboards e dados;Domínio de ferramentas de dados e programação SQL, GCP, Python e Power BI/Data Studio;Formação Superior completa.
