O que faz a área de Contabilidade na Holding Porto?A área é responsável pela consolidação das empresas do grupo e pela elaboração de demonstrações financeiras (individuais e consolidadas) em conformidade com as normas contábeis locais e internacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Revisão de demonstrações financeiras e notas explicativas elaboradas de acordo com as normas contábeis locais (BACENGAAP) e internacionais (IFRS).

Gestão técnica e apoio técnico à consolidação contábil e processo de demonstrações financeiras (BACENGAAP e IFRS);

Análise crítica e validação dos insumos contábeis recebidos das áreas de negócio e operacionais, atuando de forma consultiva para correção de desvios relacionados às demonstrações financeiras.

Atendimento autônomo a auditorias externas e consultorias técnicas.

Mapeamento de oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos fluxos de informação relacionadas aos processos de consolidação e às demonstrações financeiras.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação em Ciências Contábeis com CRC ativo.

Sólida experiência em contabilidade ou consolidação bancária (COSIF / IFRS) OU vivência em auditoria externa focada em Instituições Financeiras BACEN.

Conhecimento aplicado das normas BACEN e IFRS.

Raciocínio analítico, iniciativa para solução de problemas e excelente capacidade de articulação interpessoal para negociar e orientar áreas fornecedoras de dados (demais times contábeis e áreas corporativas).
