Atua diretamente no acompanhamento de rotinas de canteiro de obras, gestão de documentos técnicos, controle de medições, cotação de materiais e suporte às programações de campo, garantindo eficiência, segurança e conformidade com as normas do setor de energia.Foco de Atuação: Redes de distribuição de gás natural, projetos de engenharia e apoio operacional de campo.Interface: Suporte a equipes multidisciplinares, atendimento a fornecedores e alinhamento direto com as demandas técnicas da Comgás.Pilares: Segurança do trabalho, rigor no controle de dados/medições e excelência operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoio Administrativo Multissetorial: Prestar suporte às áreas de Recursos Humanos, Finanças, Logística, Frota e SSM.Atendimento e Comunicação: Auxiliar no atendimento a colaboradores, clientes e fornecedores, prestando e registrando informações sobre produtos e serviços.Gestão Documental: Tratar, organizar, digitalizar e arquivar documentos físicos e digitais, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos internos.Controle e Suporte Operacional: Preencher e atualizar planilhas de controle e auxiliar na cotação de materiais.Apoio a Projetos e Campo: Auxiliar na organização de desenhos técnicos, registro de informações e medições do canteiro de obras, além da programação de atividades.Requisitos e qualificaçõesModelo para Jovem Aprendiz ou EstágioRequisitos e QualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Médio (ou Superior) cursando ou completo.Conhecimentos: Pacote Office básico/intermediário (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).Disponibilidade: Flexibilidade de horário, com preferência para o turno diurno.Faixa Etária: Candidatos entre 17 e 21 anos (específico para programa de aprendizagem)Disponibilidade: Preferência para atuação no período diurno.
