Afin de renforcer notre équipe Service après\-vente (SAV), nous souhaitons engager un :

Ingénieur Service \& Applications à 100% (h/f)

Votre mission

Vous assurez l’installation, la mise en service, la maintenance et le dépannage de nos machines de micro\-usinage mécanique, laser et EDM auprès d’une clientèle internationale exigeante

Votre activité :

  • Participer aux FAT, puis installer et mettre en service les machines chez nos clients jusqu’à la réalisation des SAT
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques à distance ou directement sur site
  • Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective
  • Effectuer les dépannages mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques et liés à l’automation
  • Apporter un support de premier niveau pour la mise en production de nouvelles pièces, en collaboration avec les spécialistes Applications
  • Définir les pièces de rechange et les opérations nécessaires à la remise en service des machines
  • Former les clients et les agents à l’utilisation et à la maintenance des équipements
  • Assurer le suivi technique de vos interventions et coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes : développement, production et applications
  • Documenter les diagnostics, les travaux réalisés, les pièces utilisées et les points restant ouverts dans les outils SAV
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des machines, des processus et de la qualité du support client
  • Effectuer des déplacements internationaux fréquents, représentant environ 60 à 80 % de l’activité, principalement en Europe et en Asie

Votre profil :

  • Formation d’ingénieur ou de technicien en mécatronique, automation, électrotechnique, mécanique ou domaine équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience confirmée dans l’installation, la mise en service, la maintenance et le dépannage de machines\-outils et de machines spéciales
  • Solides connaissances en mécanique, électricité, automation et diagnostic de systèmes industriels
  • Connaissances des systèmes CNC, des réseaux industriels et des environnements Windows
  • Connaissances des automates programmables Siemens ou Beckhoff pour le diagnostic et la recherche de pannes, compétences en programmation, un atout
  • Capacité à lire des plans mécaniques ainsi que des schémas électriques et pneumatiques
  • çais et anglais de niveau professionnel ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et bonne capacité d’organisation
  • Excellente orientation client et capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement international exigeant
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité pour effectuer des déplacements internationaux fréquents
  • Être titulaire d'un permis de conduire de voiture
