Bluesun Hotels & Resorts traži motivirane i iskusne profesionalce koji će preuzeti odgovornost za vođenje pojedinačnih hotela na lokacijama Bol na otoku Braču i Makarska rivijera.

Tražimo lidere koji razumiju hotelsko poslovanje, znaju motivirati tim i prepoznaju prilike za kontinuirano unapređenje poslovnih rezultata i iskustva gostiju.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti

  • Samostalno upravljanje svakodnevnim poslovanjem hotela u skladu s poslovnim ciljevima i standardima grupacije.
  • Odgovornost za ostvarivanje budžeta, profitabilnost i operativnu učinkovitost hotela.
  • Vođenje, motiviranje i razvoj voditelja odjela i hotelskih timova.
  • Osiguravanje visoke razine kvalitete usluge i zadovoljstva gostiju.
  • Praćenje ključnih pokazatelja poslovanja te predlaganje i provedba mjera za unapređenje rezultata.
  • Planiranje i optimizacija operativnih troškova uz održavanje visokih standarda kvalitete.
  • Nadzor nad održavanjem objekta, sigurnošću i usklađenošću poslovanja s propisima i internim standardima.
  • Suradnja s centralnim odjelima prodaje, financija, hotelskih operacija i ljudskih potencijala.
  • Stvaranje pozitivnog radnog okruženja i poticanje kulture odgovornosti, suradnje i izvrsnosti.

Što očekujemo od vas?

  • Prethodno iskustvo na rukovodećim pozicijama u hotelijerstvu, primjerice kao direktor hotela, zamjenik direktora ili voditelj hotelskih operacija.
  • Dobro razumijevanje hotelskog poslovanja, financijskih pokazatelja i upravljanja operativnim procesima.
  • Izražene liderske i organizacijske sposobnosti.
  • Sposobnost donošenja odluka, rješavanja izazova i učinkovitog upravljanja timovima.
  • Usmjerenost na poslovne rezultate, kvalitetu usluge i zadovoljstvo gostiju.
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika.
  • Samostalnost, odgovornost i proaktivan pristup radu.
