ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Account Executive to sell the Posh platform to credit unions and banks in our mid-market and enterprise segments. You will run full-cycle new business in your territory, from pipeline generation through close, with a strong focus on consultative and solution selling.

These are complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will guide institutions through their AI journey, build the business case with executives and boards, and orchestrate the internal teams needed to win. Deals in this segment typically run four to six months and involve procurement, security review, and several buying centers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own and exceed an annual new business quota in your territory, selling to institutions in our mid-market and enterprise segments

- Position the full Posh platform, bringing multiple products into a single buying decision

- Run discovery using SPICED to qualify pipeline and tailor engagement

- Deliver business cases, ROI analysis, and proposals that link Posh's AI products to prospect needs and strategic priorities

- Orchestrate deals and manage stakeholders throughout the sales motion, through handoff to implementations and client success

- Self-source pipeline through outbound, in partnership with Business Development

- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 5 to 8 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with AI or financial technology preferred

- Track record of closing complex, multi-month sales cycles with five and six-figure ACV

- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts, preferably financial institutions

- Experience selling a multi-product platform, or a track record of expanding scope within a single deal rather than selling one product at a time

- Consultative seller with strong discovery and business case development skills

- Fluent in a structured qualification framework (we run SPICED)

- Comfortable navigating procurement, security review, and compliance-heavy buying processes

- Comfortable leading C-level conversations with authority, confidence, and empathy

- Resourceful, coachable, and highly driven to win
