A posição é presencial em São Paulo e tem como objetivo apoiar a gestão da saúde ocupacional da companhia.

Principais responsabilidades

Atuar como responsável técnico pelo PCMSO, garantindo sua elaboração, implementação e acompanhamento; Prestar suporte presencial às unidades de São Paulo; Monitorar indicadores de saúde e sinistralidade do plano de saúde, propondo ações preventivas e corretivas. Realizar e acompanhar exames ocupacionais (admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho, mudança de risco ocupacional e demissionais); Avaliar a aptidão dos colaboradores para o exercício de suas atividades; Acompanhar casos de afastamento, restrições e retorno ao trabalho; Participar de ações de promoção à saúde, prevenção de doenças e qualidade de vida; Apoiar a análise e prevenção de riscos relacionados à saúde ocupacional; Atuar em parceria com RH, Segurança do Trabalho e demais áreas internas; Contribuir com programas, indicadores e iniciativas voltadas à saúde ocupacional; Garantir o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos aplicáveis à Medicina do Trabalho;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Medicina; Especialização em Medicina do Trabalho; Registro ativo no CRM; Experiência em Saúde Ocupacional e atendimento corporativo; Conhecimento da legislação e normas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho; Capacidade analítica, boa comunicação e atuação colaborativa;
