Du möchtest AI-Lösungen entwickeln, die im Alltag wirklich etwas bewirken? Mit dir bringen wir moderne Generative-AI-Technologien entlang der gesamten Customer Journey von der Idee bis in den produktiven Betrieb. Du entwickelst AI Agents, integrierst Large Language Models ins CRM-Umfeld rund um Support, Sales und Marketing und verbindest deren Schnittstellen mit internen Daten und Business-Applikationen. Dabei arbeitest du in einem agilen DevOps-Team, das seine Lösungen gemeinsam verantwortet.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du entwickelst AI Agents, Assistenten und automatisierte Lösungen und integrierst diese in CRM-nahe Prozesse, interne Applikationen und kundenzentrierte Workflows.
  • Dabei verbindest du Large Language Models mit APIs, Datenquellen und Werkzeugen und arbeitest mit Tool Calling, strukturierten Outputs, Kontextmanagement sowie MCP-Servern.
  • Du entwickelst automatisierte Evaluationen und Regressionstests, vergleichst Modelle und Versionen und beurteilst Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit, Latenz und Kosten.
  • Den gesamten Lebenszyklus der AI-Lösungen begleitest du, analysierst Auswirkungen von Modell- und API-Upgrades und optimierst Prompts, Kontext, Modellwahl und Applikationslogik.
  • Prototypen entwickelst du rasch, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare technische Lösungen und erkennst, wann AI, deterministische Logik oder eine Kombination aus beidem sinnvoll ist.
  • Du arbeitest in einem agilen DevOps-Team, betreibst die Lösungen gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen und unterstützt das Team durch Pairing, Code Reviews und technische Diskussionen.
  • Als Bindeglied zwischen Business und Informatik bist du beratend in Projekten hinsichtlich des Einsatzes von AI- und ML Themen unterwegs und entwickelst mithilfe moderner Technologien innovative und digitale Instrumente.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung und bringst Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von AI-Integrationsprojekten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg mit.
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung mit LLM-basierten Applikationen zeichnet dich aus, und du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis moderner AI-Agent-Konzepte wie Tool Calling, Kontextmanagement, Evaluationen, Fallback-Mechanismen und Human-in-the-Loop-Prozesse.
  • Erfahrung in der Integration von AI-Lösungen in CRM- oder kundennahe Prozesse, beispielsweise im Customer Service, bei der Verarbeitung von Kundenanliegen oder in Chat-Lösungen, rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Mit deinem Know-how in der systematischen Evaluation von LLM-Lösungen entwickelst du Evaluationsdatensätze, automatisierte Tests sowie belastbare Release-Kriterien für Modell-, Prompt- und Applikationsänderungen.
  • Dank deiner Kenntnisse im Prompt- und Context Engineering optimierst du AI-Lösungen gezielt hinsichtlich Qualität, Tokenverbrauch, Latenz, Kosten und Modellabhängigkeiten.
  • Du kennst grundlegende RAG-Konzepte wie Embeddings, Chunking, Vektorsuche, Metadatenfilterung und Quellenangaben; ein Verständnis für Datensemantik, Ontologien oder Knowledge Graphs ist von Vorteil. Mit Git, REST APIs, SQL, Containern, bestehenden Kubernetes-Deployment-Templates und grundlegenden CI/CD-Abläufen bist du vertraut.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
