À la tête du secteur de distribution Genève, La Côte ou Yverdon-Les-Bains, tu contribues directement à la qualité de nos prestations, à la satisfaction de notre clientèle et au développement de la Poste de demain. Avec toi, nous faisons évoluer la distribution de manière durable, efficace et proche du terrain.

Fais la différence

  • Tu diriges un secteur de distribution d-environ 250 à 350 collaboratrices et collaborateurs et assumes la responsabilité globale des résultats opérationnels, financiers, qualitatifs et liés au personnel.
  • Avec ton équipe de conduite, tu garantis une exploitation fiable, efficace, sûre et orientée clientèle.
  • La conduite, le développement et le coaching des responsables qui te sont rattachés font partie de tes priorités, tout comme la promotion d-une culture de collaboration, de responsabilité et de dialogue.
  • L-analyse des résultats te permet de fixer les priorités et de mettre en œuvre les mesures nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs et optimiser les processus.
  • Tu pilotes les transformations organisationnelles et les projets tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l-évolution des processus, des outils et des modes de travail.
  • Membre de l-équipe de conduite de la zone, tu contribues à ses priorités et représentes Services logistiques auprès des partenaires internes et externes.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu disposes de plusieurs années d-expérience dans la conduite d-une unité opérationnelle d-envergure et sais diriger au travers de plusieurs niveaux de responsabilité.
  • Une formation professionnelle supérieure ou des études supérieures, idéalement dans les domaines du leadership, de la logistique, de la gestion des processus ou de l-économie d-entreprise, complètent ton profil.
  • Ton expérience confirmée dans la conduite du changement et la gestion de projets constitue un atout essentiel.
  • Doté(e) d-une vision entrepreneuriale, tu transformes les objectifs en priorités concrètes et assumes la responsabilité de leur mise en œuvre.
  • La réussite collective guide ton action : tu développes les compétences de tes équipes, incarnes les valeurs et les comportements attendus d-une ou d-un cadre et communiques de manière claire et convaincante avec tes différents interlocuteurs.
  • Tu as de très bonnes connaissances dans une première langue nationale à l-oral comme à l-écrit et tu as de bonnes connaissances dans une deuxième langue nationale.
