Tu combines leadership, vision d-ensemble et sens des résultats pour contribuer au pilotage et au développement de la zone de distribution. Tu assumes une responsabilité directe sur plusieurs secteurs de distribution et joues un rôle clé dans la performance, l-évolution de l-organisation et les projets transversaux. Avec toi, nous faisons progresser durablement notre organisation de distribution !

  • Tu diriges directement 3 à 4 cadres et assumes, à travers eux, la responsabilité managériale d-un effectif de 700 à 1 200 collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Tu fixes les objectifs et accompagnes le développement des cadres et de leurs équipes.
  • La responsabilité des résultats opérationnels, qualitatifs, financiers et humains des secteurs de distribution attribués, ainsi que l-utilisation efficiente des ressources font partie de ton mandat.
  • Tu soutiens le responsable de zone dans le pilotage, la conduite et le développement de la zone de distribution.
  • La préparation, l-animation et le suivi des séances de direction contribuent à une prise de décision claire et à un fonctionnement efficace de la zone de distribution.
  • Tu conduis ou accompagnes des projets et mandats transversaux aux niveaux régional et national et soutiens la mise en œuvre des changements organisationnels.
  • En l-absence du responsable de zone, la suppléance est assurée dans le cadre des compétences déléguées, afin de garantir la continuité du pilotage et de la coordination.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu connais très bien les processus de distribution et l-environnement opérationnel de la distribution et disposes d-une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d-organisations moyennes à grandes de plus de 100 personnes.
  • Une formation professionnelle supérieure de niveau examen professionnel supérieur ou école supérieure, un bachelor ou une formation équivalente, constitue ta base professionnelle.
  • Tu disposes de compétences reconnues dans le domaine de la conduite, du coaching et du développement de cadres, ainsi que dans le pilotage de la performance.
  • Tu convaincs par un leadership affirmé et sais exercer une conduite hiérarchique, spécialisée et transversale, y compris lorsque les enjeux ou les intérêts divergent.-
  • La gestion de budgets, des coûts et des ressources t-est familière, tout comme la préparation de décisions à partir de problématiques complexes et leur mise en œuvre.
  • Tu as de très bonnes connaissances dans une première langue nationale à l-oral comme à l-écrit et tu as de bonnes connaissances dans une deuxième langue nationale.
