Avec toi, nous assurons l-exploitation fiable de l-infrastructure ICT sur les sites de la Poste et dans les véhicules de CarPostal.

Fais la différence

  • Tu mets en service des composants techniques et électroniques ainsi que des systèmes dans nos véhicules CarPostal et tu effectues des réparations, des rééquipements et des extensions.
  • Tu analyses et diagnostiques systématiquement les pannes matérielles et logicielles, tu effectues des contrôles de fonctionnement et tu élimines les erreurs de manière autonome.
  • Tu traites de manière fiable les demandes et les ordres relatifs à l-électronique des véhicules et aux ICT en te coordonnant avec les services spécialisés internes et externes.
  • En tant que technicienne ou technicien ICT, tu assures le support de l-infrastructure ICT locale et tu soutiens les utilisatrices et utilisateurs finaux pour les postes de travail avec PC, les imprimantes, les appareils périphériques ainsi que pour l-installation et la désinstallation de terminaux finaux et de composants réseau.
  • Tu surveilles et documentes l-exploitation des appareils techniques et des composants réseau et tu effectues les travaux de maintenance nécessaires.
  • Ta zone d-affectation principale est la Région du Valais. Dans ce cadre, tu assumes si nécessaire également des interventions de nuit, le week-end et le service de piquet.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu es titulaire d-un diplôme en mécatronique automobile ou en diagnostic automobile, idéalement avec une spécialisation en véhicules lourdes. Tu es également titulaire d-un diplôme en informatique ou en électronique avec une spécialisation technique correspondante.
  • Tu t-y connais en électronique des véhicules, par exemple avec les systèmes de véhicules 12/24 volts et le bus de données CAN, et tu as de l-expérience dans le diagnostic de pannes électriques et électroniques sur les bus ou les véhicules utilitaires lourds.
  • Idéalement, tu as déjà de l-expérience dans le support ICT. Tu possèdes des connaissances de Windows, de Microsoft 365, LAN ainsi que du matériel et des appareils périphériques ou tu as envie de développer ces connaissances de manière ciblée.
  • Tu te distingues par ta vivacité d-esprit, ton autonomie dans le travail et ton orientation client et solution prononcée.
  • Tu es titulaire du permis de conduire de catégorie B, tu te déplaces régulièrement en Suisse pour des affectations et tu es prête ou prêt à assurer des services de nuit, de week-end et de piquet.
  • De très bonnes connaissances orales du français et idem pour l-allemand complètent ton profil. Tu as également envie de développer tes connaissances linguistiques.
