Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Mit dir stellen wir den zuverlässigen Betrieb der ICT-Infrastruktur an Poststandorten und in den Fahrzeugen von PostAuto sicher.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du nimmst technische und elektronische Komponenten sowie Systeme in unseren PostAuto-Fahrzeugen in Betrieb und führst Reparaturen, Umrüstungen und Erweiterungen durch.
  • Störungen in der Hard- und Software analysierst und diagnostizierst du systematisch, führst Funktionsprüfungen durch und behebst Fehler selbstständig.
  • Anfragen und Aufträge rund um Fahrzeugelektronik und ICT bearbeitest du zuverlässig und koordinierst dich dabei mit internen und externen Fachstellen.
  • Als ICT-Techniker:in stellst du den Support der lokalen ICT-Infrastruktur sicher und unterstützt Endanwender:innen bei PC-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern, Peripheriegeräten sowie bei der Installation und Deinstallation von Endgeräten und Netzwerkkomponenten.
  • Du überwachst und dokumentierst den Betrieb der technischen Geräte und Netzwerkkomponenten und führst die erforderlichen Wartungsarbeiten durch.
  • Dein Haupteinsatzgebiet ist die Region Wallis. Dabei übernimmst du bei Bedarf auch Nacht-, Wochenend- und Piketteinsätze.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Automobil-Mechatronik oder Automobildiagnostik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Nutzfahrzeuge. Alternativ bringst du einen Abschluss in Informatik oder Elektronik mit entsprechender technischer Vertiefung mit.
  • In der Fahrzeugelektronik kennst du dich aus, beispielsweise mit 12-/24-Volt-Fahrzeugsystemen und CAN-Bus, und bringst Erfahrung in der Diagnose elektrischer und elektronischer Störungen an Bussen oder schweren Nutzfahrzeugen mit.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im ICT-Support. Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365, LAN sowie Hardware und Peripheriegeräten bringst du mit oder bist motiviert, diese gezielt auszubauen.
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kategorie B, bist regelmässig für Einsätze innerhalb der Schweiz unterwegs und bereit, Nacht-, Wochenend- und Piketteinsätze zu übernehmen.
  • Sehr gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab. Du bist zudem motiviert, deine Sprachkenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln.
