Description de tâches:Agents de guichet remplaçantsDate: 15 oct. 2026 Lieu: Luxembourg, Luxembourg Entreprise: POST Luxembourg Acteur majeur des télécoms et opérateur national du service postal et financier postal, le groupe POST Luxembourg est un pilier incontournable de l'économie luxembourgeoise.Le Département Relations Clients de POST Courrier est en charge de la mise sur le marché des nouvelles offres et de l'évolution commerciale des produits dans le domaine postal.Afin de renforcer ses équipes, le Département Relations Clients recherche pour un CDI et à temps plein plusieurs Agents de guichet remplaçants (m/f/n) Vos missions• Accueillir les clients et les conseiller sur nos produits et services• Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services postaux et financiers• Gérer la caisse dans le respect des procédures et des règles en vigueur• Traiter les réclamations des clients• Gérer les stocks de produits mis à disposition• Assurer les remplacements dans les guichets selon le besoin de l'activité et selon un planning d'horaires variés du Lundi au Samedi Votre profil• Disposer d'une formation de niveau DAP commerciale ou administrative• Avoir une première expérience au niveau du service au client constitue un avantage• Être flexible, disposé à travailler suivant un planning d'horaires variés, et être mobile géographiquement en fonction des besoins• Aimer le contact avec la clientèle, avoir le sens des responsabilités et disposer d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles• Faire preuve de rigueur, d'intégrité et de discrétion professionnelle• Être titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B (boite manuelle) valable au Luxembourg et disposer d'un véhicule personnel• Maîtriser obligatoirement les langues luxembourgeoise, française, allemande et anglaiseIntéressé(e)?
