Description de tâches:Acteur majeur des télécoms et opérateur national du service postal et financier postal, le groupe POST Luxembourg est un pilier incontournable de l'économie luxembourgeoise.Le département « Installations et Dépannages » au sein de POST Technologies est en charge des installations et dépannages de services de télécommunication pour les clients résidentiels et professionnels. Afin de renforcer ses équipes, le service « Service Installations Résidentielles & Professionnelles » recherche à temps plein un(e) Installateur clients résidentiels (m/f/n)Vos missions• Installer des raccordements Pots, ROB, RUO, IPTV, GPON, Cloud PBX etc.• Traiter les problèmes survenus lors des installations chez les clients et les opérateurs offrant des services de télécommunications• Installer des raccordements temporaires (travaux sur échelles, poteaux ou similaire)• Exécuter les travaux de précâblages dans les résidences en technique CU ou FO• Effectuer des pré-visites chez les clients SOHO et établir des devisVotre profil• Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau CATP/DAP en télécommunication et avoir une première expérience dans un rôle similaire• Posséder des connaissances approfondies dans les domaines techniques des télécommunications et être aisé avec l'outil informatique• Disposer d'une réelle orientation client• Être disposé à travailler à la fois de façon autonome et en équipe• Produire un service de qualité et être proactif• Être titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B (boite manuelle) valable au Luxembourg• Maitriser parfaitement le français, l'allemand et/ou le luxembourgeoisIntéressé(e)?
