Description de tâches:Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Information Security Officer (m/f/n)Vos missions:Déployer et faire évoluer la stratégie, les politiques et le cadre de gouvernance cybersécurité de l'entité. Identifier, évaluer et suivre les risques cybersécurité et à la protection des données ainsi que les plans de remédiation associés. Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires, aux politiques internes et aux obligations liées à la protection des données. Piloter la gouvernance de la sécurité de l'information et de la protection des données de DEEP France, en veillant à leur alignement avec les exigences du Groupe et les obligations réglementaires applicables. Animer les comités locaux de sécurité de l'information et de protection des données, produire les indicateurs de pilotage et assurer l'alignement avec les instances de gouvernance de DEEP France et de POST Telecom. Conseiller la Direction et les équipes métiers sur les enjeux de sécurité, de conformité et de gestion des risques. Définir et promouvoir les mesures organisationnelles et techniques nécessaires à la protection des systèmes d'information. Développer la culture cybersécurité à travers des actions de sensibilisation et de formation. Contribuer à la définition et à l'exécution du plan de contrôle annuel de sécurité et de protection des données, en assurer le suivi et le reporting des résultats. Piloter les audits de sécurité et de conformité, suivre les plans de remédiation et coordonner la mise en œuvre des actions correctrices liées aux non-conformités identifiées. Contribuer, en binôme avec l'Information Security Officer de POST Telecom et les équipes Compliance, au maintien, à l'amélioration continue et aux audits de certification ISO/IEC 27001 du SMSI. Contribuer à la gestion des incidents de sécurité, à la continuité d'activité et à la reprise après sinistre en collaboration avec les équipes spécialisées. Assurer une veille réglementaire et technologique et représenter l'organisation auprès des autorités et parties prenantes concernées. Favoriser la cohérence des pratiques de sécurité entre DEEP France et POST Telecom et maintenir une proximité avec les équipes via des déplacements réguliers sur les différents sites. Votre profil:Diplôme de niveau Master (ou expérience équivalente) en Informatique, Cybersécurité ou Sécurité de l'information. Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle lié à la cybersécurité, à la gouvernance SSI ou à la gestion des risques. Bonne maîtrise des technologies de l'information et des principes de sécurité des systèmes d'information. Connaissance des référentiels et normes de sécurité (ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISO 22301) ainsi que des réglementations et standards du marché. Une ou plusieurs certifications en cybersécurité, gestion des risques ou gouvernance SSI constituent un atout. Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et d'amélioration continue. Capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes, pragmatiques et à faire preuve d'initiative. Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, d'écoute et de communication. Français et anglais courants. L'allemand et/ou le luxembourgeois constituent un atout.
