  • Tu accompagnes notre clientèle commerciale en tant que partenaire de confiance et lui proposes des solutions sur mesure issues de notre offre de prestations.
  • Tu es responsable du suivi et du développement de ton portefeuille clients dans ton secteur d’activité au sein de la région de Neuchâtel et de l’Arc jurassien.
  • Tu planifies tes activités de vente sur la base du potentiel du marché et des leads identifiés. Pour ce faire, tu collabores de manière structurée et proactive avec nos spécialistes internes afin d’atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs fixés.
  • Tu commercialises notre offre de prestations numériques et accompagnes nos clients dans leur transformation digitale.
  • Tu t’intéresses aux nouvelles tendances du secteur bancaire et es motivé·e par des thématiques telles que la crypto, la fintech, le paiement instantané ou la tokenisation.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Expérience dans le conseil et la vente, idéalement dans un environnement B2B ou dans le secteur financier.
  • Formation commerciale initiale achevée, complétée par une certification SAQ PME ou une qualification jugée équivalente.
  • Forte orientation clientèle et talent commercial pour entretenir des relations professionnelles avec nos clientes et clients.
  • Tu résides dans ton secteur d’activité et disposes d’un réseau établi dans ton domaine.
  • Tu es titulaire d’un permis de conduire valable.
  • Langue maternelle française ; de bonnes connaissances de l’allemand et/ou de l’anglais constituent un atout.
