Als Head Human Resources gestaltest du die Zukunft von PostFinance aus HR-Perspektive entscheidend mit. Human Resources ist Teil des Bereichs Corporate Development & People, in dessen Leitungsteam du mitwirkst und direkt an das zuständige Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung rapportierst. Gemeinsam mit deinem HR-Leitungsteam verantwortest du die Personalstrategie und schaffst die personellen, kulturellen und organisatorischen Voraussetzungen, damit PostFinance ihre strategischen und finanziellen Ziele erreicht. Du entwickelst Human Resources als moderne, leistungsfähige und zukunftsorientierte Funktion weiter und begleitest die Geschäftsleitung sowie die gesamte Organisation wirkungsvoll durch Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozesse.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du führst den Bereich Human Resources eigenständig und entwickelst die HR-Organisation strategisch, wirkungsorientiert und zukunftsgerichtet weiter, indem du Handlungsbedarf frühzeitig erkennst und eigene Impulse setzt
  • Du verantwortest die Bereiche «HR Business Partnering», «People Attraction», «HR Advisory», «Organizational Development» und «HR Business Excellence» und stellst deren wirkungsvolles Zusammenspiel sicher
  • Du verantwortest die Personalstrategie und stellst sicher, dass HR einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Erreichung der strategischen und finanziellen Unternehmensziele leistet
  • Du verantwortest zentrale HR-Themen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles weiter, von der Gewinnung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden über das Talent- und Nachfolgemanagement bis hin zu Performance Management und Vergütung
  • Du richtest die HR-Dienstleistungen konsequent auf die Bedürfnisse der Organisation aus und sorgst für effiziente Prozesse, moderne Systeme und eine hohe Servicequalität
  • Du berätst als Sparringspartner:in den CEO und die Geschäftsleitung in strategischen HR-Fragen und erzielst gemeinsam mit den HR Business Partner:innen Wirkung in der Organisationsentwicklung, Nachfolgeplanung und im Change Management
  • Du führst die Zusammenarbeit und die Verhandlungen mit den Sozialpartnern sowie mit dem Konzern, insbesondere bei GAV- und Lohnthemen
