Logistiikkatyöntekijä Rakennuslogistiikkaan, Pääkaupunkiseutu

Työtehtäviin kuuluu erilaiset rakennuslogistiikan työt, kuten rakennusmateriaalien haalaukset ja työmaan jätelogistiikka, eli jäteastioiden tyhjennykset ja siirrot. Rakennuksen sisäiset materiaalien vaakasiirrot trukilla, pumppukärryillä ym. siirtoapuvälineillä.

Lisäksi tehtävässä voidaan työnkuvaan yhdistää tarvittaessa myös seuraavia tehtäviä: konekuski (kurottaja/pyöräkuormaaja) ja rakennussiivous.

Työn luonteen vuoksi vaadimme hyvää fyysistä kuntoa ja vähintään 18 vuoden ikää.

Työskentelykohteet sijaitsevat Pääkaupunkiseudun alueella, pääsääntöisesti työmaat sijaitsevat Helsingissä. Työt tehdään pääosin sisätiloissa, korjausvaiheessa olevassa rakennuksessa. Töitä tehdään pääosin arkisin ja yhdessä - kolmessa vuorossa, eli mahdollisesti myös ilta- tai yövuorossa. Kerro hakemuksessa ovatko muut kuin päivävuorot (07:00-15:30) sinulle mahdollisia.

Mitä odotamme sinulta:

· Vähintään 18 vuoden ikää.

· Hyvää fyysistä kuntoa.

· Rakennustyömaiden toimintapojen ja työturvallisuuden ymmärtämistä.

· Kykyä työskennellä itsenäisesti annettujen ohjeistusten mukaan.

· Sujuvaa suomen kielen taitoa.

· Hyvää asiakaspalveluasennetta.

· Hyviä tiimityötaitoja.

· Reipasta asennetta ja ratkaisukeskeistä otetta työhön.

· Joustavuutta ja luotettavuutta.

Eduksi katsomme:

· Aikaisempaa kokemusta rakennustyömailla työskentelystä tai muuttotöistä.

· Voimassa olevan työturvallisuuskortin, kortin voi myös suorittaa meidän kauttamme.

· Kurottaja- ja pyöräkuormaajakuskin kokemuksen

Tuntipalkkasi koostuu Rakennusalan TES taulukon (31.5.2027 asti) mukaan seuraavista osista: perustuntipalkka palkkaryhmän mukaan + muut palkanosat ja lisät TES mukaan.

Esimerkki:

Palkkaluokka II Vähän kokemusta omaava työntekijä: 14,19 €/h, Tämän lisäksi maksetaan HPL/henkilökohtainen palkanosa min. 0,01 €/h, erillinen palkanosa (7,7 %) 1,09 €/h, joka on korvaus arkipyhistä ja työajan lyhennyksestä. Näin ollen jokaiselta tehdyltä tunnilta maksetaan noin 15,29 €/tunti.

Lisäksi maksetaan Rakennusalan työehtosopimuksen taulukon mukaan matkakorvaus yhteen suuntaan riippuen kodin ja työmaan sijainnista (esim. alkaen 2026 yli 5 km 2,41 €/työpäivä, yli 10 km 3,86 €/työpäivä ja yli 20 km 6,96 €/työpäivä jne.). Matkakorvaukset ovat verottomia. 31.5.2027 asti iltavuorolisä 1,38 €/h ja yövuorolisä 2,58 €/h.

Lomaraha rakennusalan TES:ssa on 18,5% ja kertyy työsuhteen alusta alkaen.
