Etsimme Pirkkalaan Senior Dispatcheria vastaamaan Pirkanmaan nouto- ja jakelutuotannon päivittäisestä operatiivisesta ohjauksesta.

Tässä tehtävässä olet keskellä toimintaa. Varmistat, että kuljetukset etenevät suunnitellusti, ratkaiset poikkeamatilanteita, ohjaat päivittäistä toimintaa ja pidät huolen siitä, että asiakkaidemme lähetykset saapuvat perille laadukkaasti ja ajallaan.

Kyseessä ei ole pelkkä ajojärjestelytehtävä. Etsimme henkilöä, joka haluaa ottaa vastuuta, tehdä päätöksiä ja kehittää toimintaa yhdessä kuljettajien, terminaalin ja yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

  • ohjaamaan Pirkanmaan nouto- ja jakelutuotannon päivittäistä toimintaa
  • koordinoimaan kuljetusresursseja ja yhteistyökumppaneita
  • ratkaisemaan nopeasti muuttuvia operatiivisia tilanteita
  • varmistamaan palvelun laadun ja tehokkuuden
  • kehittämään toimintatapoja ja prosesseja
  • hyödyntämään dataa ja suorituskykymittareita päätöksenteossa
  • Varmistamaan päivittäisessä toiminnassa turvallisen työympäristön sekä PostNordin työturvallisuuskäytäntöjen toteutumisen.

Menestyt tehtävässä, jos

  • sinulla on kokemusta logistiikasta, kuljetuksista tai operatiivisen toiminnan ohjauksesta
  • osaat priorisoida ja tehdä päätöksiä myös kiireessä
  • pidät langat käsissäsi muuttuvissa tilanteissa
  • nautit yhteistyöstä erilaisten ihmisten kanssa
  • uskallat ottaa vastuuta ja viedä asioita eteenpäin
