Vad du kommer att göra

  • Hjälpa till med praktiskt arbete kring volymrekrytering, t.ex. urval, intervjuer och presentation av kandidater.
  • Känner du dig redo kommer du få möjlighet att driva egna rekryteringsprocesser.
  • Vara en del av ett innovativt och drivet team, med bas på vårt huvudkontor i Solna.
  • Få en inblick i vårt arbete kring Employer Brand samt digitalisering av rekryteringsprocesser.

Vem du är

  • Ödmjuk och ansvarstagande: Du har viljan och modet att prova dig fram, utveckla nya färdigheter och tar ägarskap för dina arbetsuppgifter.

Vad du tar med dig

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.
  • Pågående utbildning på universitet eller högskola med inriktning inom Personal, HR, Psykologi, Sociologi, Pedagogik, eller liknande.
  • Praktiken ska ingå i din utbildning och vara planerad till vårterminen 2027. Vi ser gärna att praktikperioden är minst 8 veckor, och gärna längre, eftersom en längre praktik ger dig bättre möjlighet att hinna lära dig mer, utvecklas och få en bredare inblick i verksamheten.
