Missão do Cargo Prestar um atendimento cordial, ágil e seguro, oferecendo produtos e serviços com ética e credibilidade, garantindo a confiança e fidelização dos clientes à marca Postos Galo.

Principais Atividades

  • Recepcionar clientes e direcionar veículos para a bomba correta
  • Abastecer veículos conforme solicitação do cliente, confirmando tipo e valor do combustível antes do abastecimento
  • Utilizar corretamente a Smart PDV durante os atendimentos
  • Conferir comandas e valores recebidos
  • Oferecer produtos e serviços adicionais aos clientes
  • Manter a pista limpa, organizada e segura
  • Anotar placas dos veículos que realizam compras na conveniência
  • Realizar contagem de pautas conforme o turno
  • Repor mercadorias e manter displays organizados
  • Utilizar corretamente EPIs e creme de proteção
  • Seguir checklists de abertura e fechamento da pista
  • Cumprir normas de segurança e procedimentos operacionais
  • Apoiar na integração e treinamento de novos colaboradores
  • Garantir postura profissional e cordial durante todo o atendimento

Responsabilidades

  • Cumprir metas de atendimento, segurança e qualidade
  • Zelar pela imagem e credibilidade da empresa junto aos clientes
  • Manter conduta ética, respeitosa e profissional com clientes e equipe
  • Garantir o correto preenchimento de comandas e processos operacionais
  • Utilizar corretamente EPIs e seguir normas de segurança
  • Participar dos treinamentos obrigatórios, como NR20 e Benzeno
  • Identificar situações de risco e comunicar imediatamente à liderança
  • Trabalhar com foco em organização, limpeza e prevenção de acidentes
  • Ensino Fundamental completo
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade no atendimento ao cliente
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, finais de semana e feriados
  • Facilidade para trabalho em equipe
  • Agilidade e capacidade de resolver situações do dia a dia operacional
